1. Replacement Conditions:
As our products are specifically Made-to-order for each customer, we do not offer exchanges or replacements for reasons including change of mind or issues related to sizing.
A Replacement may be possible If you provide us with an unboxing video while opening products from Kritimaggon.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our team usually takes 24-48 hours to review the replacement request.
After the review, If the video shows genuine damage or a defect, then we may facilitate its Replacement within 10-15 business days.
Please Note: All requests relating to replacement will stand canceled If the video is not provided by the customer.

3. Return/ Refund Policy
As our products are Made-To-Order and specifically made for you, We do not facilitate any Return or Refund. We only facilitate replacements with genuine reasons.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND
1. All return requests should be made within 24 hours from the date of receiving your order. Make a video (unboxing) as our outfits are made to order. Please note in case the unboxing video is not provided to us showing the defect or the concern then no replacement would be possible.
2. We receive the right to refuse a return or exchange if the damage or defect is determined to be a result of improper use, mishandling, or neglect.
